Job Responsibilities
Strong understanding in sales and marketing especially in Salesforce and marketing automation software
Daily administration and support for the Salesforce database including managing multiple user set-up, profiles, roles, and customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations as well as application configuration
Work with various stakeholders in creating and managing complex workflow rules, data validation and triger
Facilitate meetings and/or sessions in driving consensus on overall methods and solutions
Perform technical analysis and consultation to determine hardware, software and system functional specifications
Apply best practices for customizing Salesforce and optimize our current instance of Salesforce
Develop project timelines and manage projects to timely completion
Ongoing data management (complex data imports, data cleansing and data analysis (reporting via SFDC, Excel). Develop and create customized reports and dashboards
Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and proving recommendations for process improvements
Codes applications or enterprise wide software systems using a disciplined development process working
Reviews modules for quality assurances
Collaborates with our Oracle Eloqua Administrator to ensure strong alignment and integration between Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce.
Utilize SFDC case and project management applications provided to keep support requests, project assignments, time entries and communications up to date daily
Job Qualifications
Completed college degree from any discipline
At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce administration
Current Salesforce Certified Administrator (Dev 201) is a must
Experience in business systems analysis (ie requirements, use cases, flow diagrams, great communication skills, status, updates, scheduling and meeting with stakeholders)
Prior experience with Oracle Eloqua and/or Pardot preferred but not required
Working knowledge with other marketing automation tools
