Career Evolutions is searching for a Bookkeeper/Office Assistant for a fast-growing digital marketing company in Phoenix, AZ. Full-time, direct-hire opportunity with compensation up to $40,000.

Job Title: Bookkeeper/Office Assistant 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Utilize QuickBooks Online to assist with invoicing, accounts receivable and reporting tasks
  • Provide administrative assistance in preparing reports and supporting marketing programs
  • Process Account Payable invoices in a timely manner
  • Manage credit card expense tracking and reporting
  • Support Business Project Manager with clerical assignments and organization of team management documents and insurance policy reports
  • Enter and track data in systems including credit card bills, receipts and other expense channels
  • Assist with Time Management system reporting and tracking
  • Assist in greeting and serving agency clients, vendors and guests
  • Help with telephone reception and office open/closing procedures as needed
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of office administrative and/or bookkeeping experience
  • Previous experience working in an agency environment is a plus
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent skills in QuickBooks, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required
  • Strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving techniques
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
