Job Title: Bookkeeper/Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
Utilize QuickBooks Online to assist with invoicing, accounts receivable and reporting tasks
Provide administrative assistance in preparing reports and supporting marketing programs
Process Account Payable invoices in a timely manner
Manage credit card expense tracking and reporting
Support Business Project Manager with clerical assignments and organization of team management documents and insurance policy reports
Enter and track data in systems including credit card bills, receipts and other expense channels
Assist with Time Management system reporting and tracking
Assist in greeting and serving agency clients, vendors and guests
Help with telephone reception and office open/closing procedures as needed
Requirements:
At least 2 years of office administrative and/or bookkeeping experience
Previous experience working in an agency environment is a plus
Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion
Excellent skills in QuickBooks, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required
Strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving techniques
