Job Title: Digital Media Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary: The Digital Media Marketing Coordinator will be responsible in the raise and awareness of the business and will develop and execute the digital media plan of the company. This person will expand, organize and perform all outbound email marketing communications to increase retention and engagement with guests
You will responsible for initiatives that raise awareness, acquire new customers, develop strong customer relationships, and support the growth plans of the business and the brands of each hotel. You are accountable in developing, coordinating and executing on all outbound email marketing communications to increase retention and engagement with guests
Responsibilities:
Grow and execute digital media strategy to raise awareness and drive bookings
Collaborate with hotel sales team for property media planning
Lead digital media agency through planning, execution, and reporting
Operate guest retention, loyalty, and CRM by segmenting guests and delivering targeted communications and offers through email and website
Record and analyze all media and email campaigns to identify optimization, improvements, creative and channel tests, and to monitor attribution
Produce and manage campaigns and related budgets for platforms such as Google Adwords, Bing, and Adroll
Track campaign results using tools such as Google Analytics
Creates monthly client reports in Excel summarizing Return on Ad spend data
Administer, design, build, and maintain all social media presence: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts on a daily basis
Propose and conduct all web, SEO/SEM, Marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against
Qualifications:
1+ years of digital media and email marketing preferred
Detail oriented with experience in managing complex marketing campaigns and projects a plus
Experience managing multi-channel digital media campaigns focused on awareness and driving sales (direct-response).
Solid understanding of digital ad space including current technologies, ad targeting platforms, cross-device targeting, and experience managing a digital agency. Focus channels include display, retargeting, paid search (SEM), Facebook ads, and more.
Manifest success using targeted communications and offers across multiple customer segments to increase customer engagement and retention.
Knowledgeable of direct marketing, segmentation, testing and measurement techniques.
Strong analytic skills with proficiency in Excel.
Outstanding presentation, written and oral communication skills.
Passion for hospitality and travel. Knowledge and experience with hospitality or travel industry is a plus.
