Career Evolutions is searching for a Digital Marketing Coordinator for a real-estate development company headquartered in Phoenix, AZ. Full-time, direct-hire opportunity with compensation up to $40K/annual.
 
Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator
 
Job Summary: You will responsible for initiatives that raise awareness, acquire new customers, develop strong customer relationships, and support the growth plans of the business and the brands of each hotel. You are accountable in developing, coordinating and executing on all outbound email marketing communications to increase retention and engagement with guests
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital media strategy to raise awareness and drive bookings
  • Work with hotel sales team to develop and execute local property media plans
  • Manage digital media agency through planning, execution, and reporting
  • Drive guest retention, loyalty, and CRM by segmenting guests and delivering targeted communications and offers through the appropriate channels, including email and website
  • Manage outbound email communications, including transactional, promotional, behavioral, and newsletter for each individual property
  • Manage monthly email promotions calendar, including content and offer schedules to ensure relevant content and offers are available for each segment and delivered at the appropriate time
  • Identify opportunities to deliver personalized experience on website based on guest profile, history, and activity
  • Track and analyze all media and email campaigns to identify optimization, opportunities for improvements, new creative and channel tests, and to monitor attribution.
  • Create and manage campaigns and related budgets for platforms such as Google Adwords, Bing, and Adroll
  • Track campaign results using tools such as Google Analytics
  • Clearly communicate results, analysis and recommendations to Director Supervisor.
  • Creates monthly client reports in Excel summarizing key statistics including Return on Ad spend
  • Manage, design, build, and maintain all social media presence: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts on a daily basis
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, Marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with sales team and general managers to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against
 
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of digital media and email marketing preferred
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills and experience managing complex marketing campaigns and projects a plus
  • Experience managing multi-channel digital media campaigns focused on awareness and driving sales (direct-response).
  • Strong understanding of the digital ad space including current technologies, ad targeting platforms, cross-device targeting, and experience managing a digital agency. Focus channels include display, retargeting, paid search (SEM), Facebook ads, and more.
  • Proven success using targeted communications and offers across multiple customer segments to increase customer engagement and retention.
  • Knowledge of direct marketing, segmentation, testing and measurement techniques.
  • Innovative thinker, willing to test and experiment messaging and channels to improve results.
  • Proactive, energetic, self-starter looking to have a significant impact on business success.
  • Dedicated team member capable of reaching out to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytic skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Outstanding presentation, written and oral communication skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and travel. Knowledge and experience with hospitality or travel industry is a plus.
