Hospital Sales Position- Wound Care!;  A well-known leader and strong growth company in medical devices and medical disposable products.  This huge benefit company is seeking a high work ethic and driven outside sales experienced sales person (prefer medical sales experience, but open to VERY STRONG B2B sales person selling ADP or Paychex or etc.).  They need a person who has proven they can maintain and GROW current business and obtain NEW business!  Call points are heavily weighted within the Hospital setting, along with Wound Care Centers! You will be calling on WOCN Nurse Professionals, Vascular Surgeons, Podiatrists and other Wound Care Physician professionals to sell current and exciting upcoming line additions!  This is a company that prides itself with excellent products that are patient need focused and a wonderful company culture that supports work life balance for its employees. 
 
 
Position Location and Coverage
  • Based out of Syracuse, NY
  • Territory covers Albany to Syracuse, Rochester NY, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine  (strategic account management approach)
  • 30% to 40% travel 
Compensation:
  • Base from 65K up to 75K 
  • Commission at plan: 48K UNCAPPED (First year 26K Guaranteed commission) 
  • 118K low to 130K high 
  • Issued a COMPANY CAR with all maintenance and ALL related expenses covered!

Required Skills

*4 Year College Degree (no exceptions)
*MINIMUM 4 to 5 years Outside Sales best if in medical sales, but open to a strong ADP or Paychex type B2B sales background.
*Strong relationship selling and maintenance of a current territory with sales performance.
*Lives in desired home base of territory
*Resume reflects Job Stability vs. multiple jobs (job hopping).
* Must have a STRONG drive and desire to take on the territory with an entrepreneurial spirit and make it their own!



Optional Skills

*Wound Care background STRONGLY desired, but not mandatory.
*Nurse with Sales background a plus!!
