Job Title: Senior Manager Cloud Services
Job Summary: This individual will play a key role in driving the business development of cloud services. You will construct, promote and support the sales for all our cloud based services. You will work closely with the product units, external partners and regional sales teams throughout the pre-sales lifecycle. The perfect candidate will have a strong mix of technical, financial and strategic thinking while having natural leadership capabilities. Job Responsibilities:
Build and promote the Cloud Services offering and roadmap in alignment with other Product Units and Partners
Work with the sales team to qualify opportunities technically and financially
Work closely with the Head of Cloud services and Senior Executives to articulate and document a strategy for the cloud based business and operational models
Plan and supervise the development of a Cloud Services Web Portal as the internal marketing channel for the promotion towards other units and regional Sales Teams
Analyze customers’ business and technical requirements liaising with relevant internal teams and external partners
Lead the analysis and material preparation of a tailored services solution offering
Meet with Customers aside the Sales Team to present and defend technical and business value proposition
Build spreadsheet financial models and assist the Sales team in utilizing such tools throughout the presales qualification
Design and own the reference pricing scheme and advice the sales team on pricing strategy tailored for each context
Act as the evangelist of Cloud delivery models towards the rest of the organization
Create and maintain a high quality Sales toolkit on Cloud Services as the reference material for the Sales team to rely on internally and externally with Customers
Guide the Sales team in the process of re-shaping the business model to fit customer needs
Actively contribute and lead the RFP responses
Provide knowledge transfer and updates to field sales on industry/solutions/competition
Work with the project delivery teams to define a set of reference cost/effort estimates for the Sales & services team to rely on in project planning
Participate in promotional activities in conjunction with the marketing team
Define and implement a presales Dashboard for monitoring and managing Cloud Services opportunities.
Job Qualifications
Bachelors or Master's in computer science or similar engineering field. MBA is preferred but not required
8 - 10 years of experience in Digital TV/OTT/Cloud Solutions
Experience in business development environment leading presales/sales process from qualification to a deal closure
Understanding of the industry forces, particularly the OTT market dynamics/trends
Knowledge of consultative selling and negotiation techniques are highly desirable
Fluent English required, French highly desirable. Other languages is a plus
