Career Evolutions is searching for a Marketing Brand Manager for a fast-growing CPG company headquartered in east Phoenix, AZ. Full-time position with compensation up to $95,000 + Bonus.

Job Title: Marketing Brand Manager (CPG)
Compensation: up to $95,000 + Bonus
Job Description: Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for managing and driving the execution of brand and product management during go-to market product launches and throughout the product life cycles through design direction, pricing, placement, promotion and product strategy.
You will look to optimize speed-to-market and performance by managing products through the various stages of product development and achieve profit optimization goals for the product portfolio. You will create BOM, calculate gross margins, and create item specs and configurations to maintain and communicate documentation both internally and with key external suppliers and partners.
Working closely with other functions, you will provide product related support; make product mix and POS recommendations. You will analyze data, build analytics, and develop reports to evaluate performance; look at current / future economic conditions, market indicators, and industry trends. You will track trends to evaluate performance against goals and interpret outcomes to identify areas of opportunity for improved product performance.
You are an established Brand / Product Management professional with excellent analytical abilities who enjoys combing your marketing and business experience to drive products in the CPG industry. And, you are a problem-solver and subject matter expert who enjoys diving right in to find solutions by partnering with those around you.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in a brand management or product management role within the CPG industry
Successful product launch / go-to market track record in the CPG industry
Experience in bottling preferred
Experience managing products in various stages of product development and product life cycle
Previous experience positioning products in retail chain stores and strong understanding of consumer shopping behaviors
Experience ramping up social media presence
Ability to think innovatively and critically analyze data trends and results
Previous hands-on Market Research / Business Intelligence experience
Experience working with 3rd Party Providers and Marketing Agencies
Experience working in a FDA regulated environment
