Career Evolutions is searching for a Finance Manager for a technology company headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ. Full-time, direct-hire opportunity, with compensation up to 130,000 plus bonus.
Job Title: Finance Manager
Job Summary: You will complete annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasting as well as weekly and monthly routine and ad hoc reporting and analytics on key performance drivers of the business and will help in developing the framework period of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a combination of financial acumen, technical skills, and ability to communicate effectively to all levels within an organization.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain forecasting and decision-support analytical tools
Support the growth of the company through M&A support
Conduct enterprise wide financial analysis as needed
Key owner of the annual budgeting and forecasting process
Identify and analyze key business trends and issues based on actual, forecasted, and 3rd party research data
Provides analytical support, operational data and reporting to management in the assessment of the performance of the company and create strategies for improvement throughout the organization to add to overall profitability
Closely works with Controller/accounting and business partners on problem resolution and consistency
Develops robust revenue modeling that creates a dynamic and connected forecasting process.
Develops and maintain KPI dashboard(s)
Provide key decision-support to department heads as necessary
Manage finance team
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree required – Accounting, Finance, Business; MBA strongly preferred
7+ years in financial management experience
5+ years of recent experience with budgeting forecasting, analysis and financial modeling
Strong technical skills with Excel and preferably SQL. MS dynamic and Oracle or similar data manipulation tools
Experience with M&A activity desired
3+ years of management experience
Knowledge of digital media and advertising is highly preferred
Ability to communicate financial information to all levels of the organization
Must be a strategic thinker with excellent financial and business analytical skills
Ability to express information and concepts with conciseness and clarity when writing and speaking
