Career Evolutions is searching for a Product Marketing Manager for a fast-growing B2B technology headquartered in Phoenix, AZ. Full-time, direct-hire opportunity with compensation up to $90,000 + Bonus.

Job Title: Product Marketing Manager

Job Summary: Reporting directly to the Senior Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue by executing on the product marketing strategy for B2B clients. Through ongoing market research and usability testing, you will directly impact the product and marketing strategy for an exciting portfolio of marketing and sales solutions for the B2B audience. You will also frequently interact with the executive leadership team, sales executives, key partners and project specific contact center staff.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
·         Responsible for executing the strategic global product marketing and go-to-market plans for products and services.
·         Tracks industry trends for the portfolio of products/solutions. Monitors competitive developments.
·         Assesses market need, opportunity, adoption rates and competitive product profiles for the portfolio. Assists product development leads for market research.
·         Defines product target audience, segmentation, messaging framework, go-to-market and lifecycle strategies through ongoing market research
·         Drives product usability testing to ensure an optimal customer experience.
·         Monitors product performance metrics including sales, costs, margins, pricing, channel mix, markets, forecasts and projections. Champions improvement to product profitability with the product and development leads.
·         Develops sales and training materials for select products and services.
·         Provides regular status updates to management on product development.
·         Collaborates with stakeholders across the company.

Requirements:
·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
·         MBA Preferred
·         5 years of product marketing or channel management experience in a B2B high-tech/marketing services environment
·         5 years of experience creating, executing and managing marketing programs
·         Understanding of qualitative and quantitative methods and tools for analysis, interpretation and decision making purposes
·         Must be able to clearly articulate business decision drivers, costs and benefits with senior executives and decision makers
·         Able to adapt to new technology and learn new programs effectively
·         Ability to build strong relationships, gaining credibility and partnering with clients, internal customers, business leaders and peers
·         Ability to think creatively and logically while successfully interpreting, analyzing and resolving problems assigned or encountered
·         Ability to effectively plan, direct, influence and organize the work of others to obtain desired results
·         Ability to drive vision and project manage large scale projects.
·         Skilled at integrating the ideas and needs of others in developing product strategies to accomplish objectives
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
