Our client’s 3D vision system products allows users to create interactive 3D models quickly and automatically. The product offering includes a camera, an iPad app, cloud vision processing technology, a web portal for managing and sharing 3D models, and a 3D player application for viewing and annotating 3D models. They are seeking a creative, analytical, driven individual who can think in fresh ways about industry trends and customer needs to deliver products that grow the company’s business.
 

Role:

As PRODUCT MANAGER, you will play a key role in defining and delivering on the plan for our client’s suite of products for the real estate market: 

• You will identify key market trends and communicate extensively with customers to understand segmentation, use cases, and needs in order to identify features that will engage our customers and drive adoption of our products.
• You will drive agreement on the goals, objectives, and scope of future products and services; write detailed product specifications and help develop success metrics for releases; and work with the design, development, and program management teams through development and launch. You will also works closely with the marketing team to ensure we effectively communicate our value proposition to our target customers.
• You will need to have a track record of success partnering with engineering teams, influencing in a multi-stakeholder environment to rationalize and prioritize requirements, and translating requirements into a product plan and delivery roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and collaborating on primary and secondary research projects, including market analysis, competitive analysis, usability studies, and focus groups.
• Engaging with target customers to complete needs and unmet needs assessment, develop differentiated value proposition and use-case scenarios.
• Developing core product planning documentation, including product planning, vision and scope, key scenarios, and detailed requirements in a continuous planning environment.
• Working cross-company with key business stakeholders and partners.
• Contributing to and presenting the plan to senior management for buy-in and status on a regular basis.
