We are searching for an International TECHNICAL STAFFING / RECRUITER to join our Albelissa team.

 

The primary work focus of the International Technical Staffing/Recruiter is:  recruit, interview and evaluate candidates; advising managers and facilitating the hiring of new employees and subcontractors; supporting the on-boarding process of new staff and maintaining relationships with assigned consultants. The International Technical Staffing/Recruiter will also contribute to Albelissa Engineering's development of a targeted approach and execution strategy for fulfilling client needs and achieving company revenue targets. Client engagements are in UK, Swiss, German and Nordics markets in the Automotive, Medical, Consumer Goods, Energy/Oil&Gas, High Tech, Financial and Aerospace industries.  Job Location: Turin, Italy and flexible
 
International Technical Staffing/Recruiter roles:

  • Builds “pipelines” of targeted applicant profiles by researching and contacting professionals through LinkedIn and internet sites. International Recruiter provides organization information, opportunity bulletins, and career benefits to top prospects to establish relationships and to set expectations for imminent fulltime or contract job openings. Maintains rapport.
  • Sources new job candidates by asking for referrals, placing job advertisements on company website and LinkedIn as required.
  • Contacts and interviews (frequently by phone or Skype) the most suitable candidates that have been previously identified, recorded and cataloged in the company ATS [Applicant Tracking System]. If suitable candidates are not available in the ATS, then actively recruits new resource options. Also requests suitable referrals from employees and professional contacts.
  • Evaluates candidates by discussing job requirements and assessing candidates’ relevant interpersonal and functional job skills, expected domains of expertise, appropriate industry knowledge and their track record of accomplishments with managers. Coordinates subsequent interviews with most promising candidates and objectives to ensure consistency in message and interviewing objectives.
  • Arranges management interviews for the most promising candidates.
  • Collaborates with the management team to avoid employment-related legal challenges and comply with legislation.

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (technical or engineering degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years in a Human Resources role focused on recruitment of all levels of employees in the medical device, consumer goods, energy/oil&gas or engineering industries.
  • English fluency is required. Foreign language competency is desirable (German, French).
  • Must have knowledge of full life cycle recruiting.
  • Able to work independently (self discipline) and with a geographically dispersed management team.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization, exercising a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact and diplomacy to accomplish objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas and to summarize complex issues.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
  • LinkedIn recruiting experience, ATS skills.         

 
Remuneration:

  • Low fixed, high variable (20% origination & 20% delivery), no cap
