Our Swiss client, a leading worldwide supplier of high performance optical sensor solutions is in search of a:

Job description/tasks and responsibilities:

• Fabrication of master tools for optical micro lenses by step & repeat imprinting technology
• Continuous development and improvement of the mastering process for new applications
• High-level use of CNC Vision Measuring Machines
• Analysis of the structures by profilometry, optical and confocal microscopy
• Complete documentation of process and improvement steps
• High degree of responsibility and self-reliance

Education/experience

• Solid qualifications (preferably Bachelor’s degree or higher) in a technical discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, System Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
• Knowledge of Cleanroom processes, Micro- and Nanotechnology, UV-Polymers and replication
• Willingness to work in a Cleanroom environment
• Experience in data analysis and programming: good skills with Excel and/or Matlab
• Knowledge of Solid Works and/or AutoCAD is beneficial
• Experience with optical microscopy and profilometry are advantageous
• Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines or Vision Measuring Machines is a plus
• English fluency
• German highly desired
• International travel may be required
