Senior IT ERP Project Manager

Our project consists of supporting our client in a program to exit their mainframe in Europe while preparing for a major SAP deployment. The mainframe system hosts a combination of in-house developed systems and will be substituted by SAP and Infor XA.  The scope of the current work is to move key processes at various plants onto Infor XA. The current systems are working in a complex network of niche applications and system instances with multiple APIs.  There are several sites in scope are in Italy, France and the UK. 

We are looking for a Senior IT ERP Project Manager who can liaise amongst the stakeholders such as the functional local team, the corporate IT team and the external suppliers - both local and international.  The Senior IT ERP Project Manager will have a track record of ERP multiple rolls out.    

Job Description:

For the implementations of the Infor XA roll-out the program in Italy you will be working as the IT Project Manager and: 

guide the local project manager on the different activities of the implementation

manage infrastructure and integration requests

manage suppliers supporting the project

manage the subject matter experts allocated to the project

manage budget and time plan for the projects

report status from the projects to the Corporate Program Manager

contribute to the improvement of the implementation method and tools for the program
