POSITION: Full Stack PHP Developer

POSITION OVERVIEW: This role reports to the Director of IT and will play a critical part in the current initiatives to bring all tracking systems into web based accessible platforms 

POSITION DUTIES: 

  • Optimize applications for maximum speed
  • Design mobile-based features
  • Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
  • Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers
  • Write functional requirement documents and guides
  • Create quality mockups and prototypes
  • Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
  • Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies

Required Experience:

PHP 3-5 years:

  • Expected to use Object-Oriented code
  • Maintain coding standards (PSR-1/PSR-2)
  • PHP 5.5+ required while PHP 7 is preferred
  • Laravel experience is a plus

SQL 3-5 years:

  • CTEs, Joins, Procedures, & Key constraints
  • DB2 experience preferred, but not required

Front end development 3-5 years:

  • HTML, CSS, & JS
  • JQuery library
  • Bootstrap and React experience is a plus
