Our client is a lead contractor in electrical engineering bringing together all the necessary skills for the design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and maintenance of industrial equipment across five continents. Your role:

A real driving force behind your team, you are the person to ensure that your projects run successfully in the area of industrial IT/MES (Manufacturing Execution System). You report directly to the Branch Manager and take on the following responsibilities:

• You analyse tender specifications in order to respond with the most suitable technical solutions.
• You are a manager in heart and soul and you cost out and undertake projects with a dual objective: to optimise the satisfaction of your clients and guarantee a sufficient margin.
• You are responsible for the technical and financial management of projects.
• You foster and maintain long term and fruitful relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Through your leadership and leading by example, you motivate and coach colleagues and subcontractors.
• You participate in strategic monitoring and technological surveillance of the product line with the aim of developing these aspects and promoting know-how as well as creating opportunities internally.
• You bring timely support to the sales team to carry out technical sales  back-up of the bid with the client.
• You participate in the preparation of the annual budget for the department and contribute actively to successfully realising the targets set.
