Lickety Split is expanding and we’re looking for experienced Air Duct Installers who take pride in clean work, proper airflow, and doing installs the right way the first time.

If you can read duct layouts, build plenums, and install flex duct correctly without constant supervision — we want to talk to you.

This role is ideal for someone who understands HVAC airflow, duct sizing, and residential install quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install flex duct systems according to HVAC industry standards

• Build plenums and duct systems using rigid duct board

• Read floor plans and duct drawings to execute proper layouts

• Use duct sizing charts or air duct calculators to ensure correct airflow

• Work in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas when necessary

• Ensure clean installs and 5-star customer service on every job

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience installing residential HVAC duct systems

• Ability to install flex duct and fabricate duct board plenums

• Ability to read HVAC plans and duct layouts

• Strong attention to detail and installation quality

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass a drug test

• Must be able to speak and write English

• Able to work in attics, tight spaces, and varying temperatures
