As a Courtesy Clerk, you’ll play an essential role in creating a positive first and last impression for every customer. From keeping carts organized to offering assistance at checkout or in the parking lot, you’ll help ensure every guest’s experience is friendly, efficient, and memorable.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers warmly and offer friendly assistance as needed.
• Collect and organize shopping carts from the parking lot and return them to the store.
• Keep the parking lot, walkways, and entrance areas clean and safe.
• Assist customers with loading purchases into vehicles when needed.
• Support the front-end team with bagging, cleaning, and customer service.
• Coordinate trash collection and maintain cleanliness in and around the store.
• Safely use snow removal or cleaning equipment as needed.
• Work collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure a smooth store experience.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
