Property Manager for a 300-unit Class A Apartment Community in Covington, GA.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the 300-unit apartment community, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Drive occupancy and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and targeted sales initiatives
- Lead resident engagement and customer service excellence, fostering a positive community atmosphere
- Manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor relations
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to attract prospective residents and build community brand awareness
- Supervise and mentor on-site staff to maintain high performance standards
- Maintain and optimize property systems using Yardi or OneSite property management software
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and capital improvement projects
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of proven Property Manager experience in multifamily residential communities
- Demonstrated expertise in sales and marketing with a track record of driving occupancy
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
- Proficiency with Yardi or OneSite property management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
