Apartment Leasing Consultant needed for 500 unit, Class B apartment community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing and sales initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Manage social media presence and digital engagement strategies
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects
- Support property operations and resident satisfaction initiatives
- Utilize Yardi or OneSite property management software for daily operations
- Assist with lease administration and resident relations
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Leasing Consultant in multifamily housing
- Proven expertise in marketing and sales within residential property management
- Yardi or OneSite experience preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and resident relations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including three to four weekends per month
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass comprehensive background verification
