As a Pricing Lead, you’ll guide and support the pricing team while ensuring signage, promotions, and shelf tags are accurate, timely, and visually appealing throughout the store.

What You’ll Do

·       Lead and support the pricing team to ensure accurate shelf tags, signage, and promotional displays throughout the store.

·       Communicate daily priorities and assign work to ensure pricing updates are completed efficiently and on time.

·       Audit pricing, signage, and promotional materials to maintain accuracy and compliance with Meijer standards.

·       Support inventory accuracy by identifying discrepancies and partnering with leadership to resolve issues.

·       Train and mentor team members on pricing systems, procedures, and merchandising standards.

·       Utilize handheld devices and store technology to complete pricing and inventory tasks efficiently.

·       Collaborate with store leadership and merchandising teams to support sales events and seasonal transitions.

·       Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

·       Provide friendly, helpful service to customers with pricing or product questions.

·       Foster a positive, team-focused environment that reflects Meijer’s values of family, community, respect, and growth.

·       Previous retail, pricing, inventory, or merchandising experience preferred.

·       High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
