Property Manager - Apartments
Property Manager needed for 200 unit, Class B Community. PMIC is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing and sales initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Manage social media presence and digital engagement strategies
- Oversee collections and accounts receivable processes
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects
- Lead property operations and resident satisfaction initiatives
- Utilize Yardi or OneSite property management software for daily operations
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
Required Qualifications
- PMIC mandatory
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing
- Proven expertise in marketing and sales within residential property management
- Strong proficiency with Yardi or OneSite property management systems
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and resident relations
- Experience with collections and financial management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
