Leasing Consultant - Apartments
Apartment Leasing Consultant needed for 200-unit, value add apartment community.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with marketing and sales initiatives to drive occupancy
- Design social media presence and digital engagement strategies
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects
- Lead resident satisfaction initiatives
- Utilize Yardi or OneSite property management software for daily operations
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Leasing Consultant
- Work three to four weekends per month
- Proven expertise in marketing and sales within residential property management
- Experience with Yardi or OneSite property management systems
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and resident relations
