What You'll Do
- Lead all property operations and oversee daily management of a 250-unit residential community
- Drive occupancy and revenue growth through strategic marketing and sales initiatives
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong resident relationships
- Manage leasing operations, tenant relations, and lease renewals
- Supervise and mentor on-site staff to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure property maintenance, compliance, and safety standards are consistently met
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and community goals
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in apartment community management or related property management experience
- Exceptional sales, marketing, and customer service skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and develop a team
- Competitive mindset with a drive to exceed performance targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and local/state rental regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
