We're seeking an exceptional Property Manager to lead our on-site operations and deliver outstanding resident experiences. What You'll Do

  • Lead all property operations and oversee daily management of a 250-unit residential community
  • Drive occupancy and revenue growth through strategic marketing and sales initiatives
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong resident relationships
  • Manage leasing operations, tenant relations, and lease renewals
  • Supervise and mentor on-site staff to maintain high performance standards
  • Ensure property maintenance, compliance, and safety standards are consistently met
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Coordinate with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and community goals

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in apartment community management or related property management experience
  • Exceptional sales, marketing, and customer service skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and develop a team
  • Competitive mindset with a drive to exceed performance targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and local/state rental regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
