We're seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to help deliver exceptional resident experiences while driving operational excellence. This is an ideal role for a seasoned professional ready to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing and sales initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue growth
  • Manage social media presence and digital engagement strategies
  • Oversee collections and accounts receivable processes
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects
  • Support property operations and resident satisfaction initiatives
  • Utilize Yardi or OneSite property management software for daily operations
  • Assist with lease administration and resident relations
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager in multifamily housing
  • Proven expertise in marketing and sales within residential property management
  • Strong proficiency with Yardi or OneSite property management systems
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and resident relations
  • Experience with collections and financial management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including one to two weekends per month
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to pass comprehensive background verification
