Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician for a 300-unit Class B residential community in Sandy Springs, Georgia. We're seeking an experienced EPA and CPO Certified Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance operations across a 300-unit community
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
- Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and equipment logs
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and codes
- Participate in on-call rotation to address emergency maintenance situations
Required Qualifications
- EPA Certification (required)
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certification (required)
- Proven expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
- Excellent team player and interpersonal communication abilities
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Customer service excellence with a resident-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call rotation
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
