Join a dynamic team managing a prestigious 150+ unit Class AA new construction multifamily community in the thriving Hilton Head market. This is an exceptional leadership role for an experienced Property Manager ready to make an immediate impact during the critical lease-up phase. You'll oversee all aspects of community operations while building a high-performing team and creating exceptional resident experiences that drive occupancy and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all property operations and management activities for a 150+ unit luxury multifamily community
- Drive aggressive lease-up strategy and achieve occupancy targets through innovative marketing and sales initiatives
- Manage and mentor a team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-first service
- Oversee resident relations, lease administration, and community compliance with all applicable regulations
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that showcase community amenities and attract qualified residents
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational expenses to maximize profitability
- Coordinate maintenance, vendor relationships, and capital improvement projects
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service and resident satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- PMIC required
- Proven experience managing multifamily properties in the Hilton Head market
- Demonstrated expertise in lease-up operations and new construction communities
- Exceptional marketing and sales skills with a track record of driving occupancy
- Strong team leadership and people management capabilities
- Outstanding customer service orientation and resident engagement skills
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to pass background verification
Preferred Qualifications
- Multiple years of experience in luxury multifamily property management
- Experience with new construction lease-up from pre-leasing through stabilization
- Familiarity with Hilton Head's competitive rental market and demographics
- Experience with revenue management and pricing optimization
