Position Summary: The Special Projects Supervisor reports to the Case Management and Permanency Administrator to oversee special projects, priorities, and processes within the 4 county Operations Team (Brevard, Orange, Osceola and Seminole). This position will also serve as the lead point of contact for client complaints and inquiries for the agency and supervise (2) specialist positions that include the GAP specialist and Missing Child Specialist. This position will also assist in monitoring objectives identified by the Case Management and Permanency Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
1. This position will serve as the point of contact for client complaints and inquiries for the agency and will work to gather appropriate responses from identified departments.
2. Direct supervision of GAP Specialist and Missing Child Specialist
3. Manage processes and accountability related to immigration, exit interviews, missing children, GAP, client inquiries
4. Assist in special projects as needed
5. Establish reporting cadence for CMPA and Operations Team
6. Monitor, measure, and report on processes and outcomes

Qualifications
1. This position requires a valid driver’s license.
2. Three years of experience in child welfare or human service experience
3. Computer skills required: This position will be required to work in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, FSFN, and other agency systems.
4. Intermediate to advance level skills in MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, familiarity, and comfort using databases to populate and evaluate data, creating case notes, and retreiving data.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
1. BA/BS required in human services related field.
2. Two to Five years related experience in child welfare required.
3. One year supervisor experience is preferred.
