Join our dynamic property management team as a Regional Property Manager overseeing a multifamily portfolio in Charleston, Georgia. We're seeking an experienced, results-driven leader to manage six properties comprising 1,800 units. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Regional Property Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and management of six multifamily properties totaling 1,800 units
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to maximize property performance and profitability
- Maintain exceptional communication and relationships with ownership and stakeholders
- Lead and mentor on-site property management teams to ensure operational excellence
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and ensure adherence to company standards
- Implement best practices in resident services and community engagement
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
- Travel between properties as needed for oversight and strategic planning
Required Qualifications
- Only experienced Regional Manager candidates will be considered
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work independently and lead diverse teams
- Knowledge of conventional and fee-managed property operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification
- Experience with fee-managed and conventional portfolios
- Advanced proficiency with property management software systems
- Experience in the Charleston market
