Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and financial management of a 200-unit residential community
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing property management team
- Manage resident relations, lease agreements, and community policies with professionalism and care
- Drive resident retention and satisfaction through exceptional customer service
- Implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy rates
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare comprehensive reports using property management software
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Communicate effectively with bilingual residents in Spanish and English
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations
- Participate in weekend operations as needed
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Proven experience managing multi-unit residential properties
- Proficiency with property management software (OneSite or Yardi experience required)
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting
- Excellent customer service and resident communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Sales and leasing experience in the multifamily industry
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including some Saturdays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Background verification required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with resident retention programs and community engagement initiatives
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Experience with maintenance coordination and vendor management
- Track record of improving occupancy rates and revenue
