  • Guide prospective homeowners through an exciting journey from initial interest to closing day celebration

What You'll Bring:

  • Current Georgia Real Estate license (required)
  • 2+ years of high-end sales experience (new home sales experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales goals
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to build trust through consistent follow-up and genuine customer care
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and negotiation expertise
  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm that inspires confidence in clients
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings to accommodate client schedules
  • Valid driver's license for community visits
