Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Technical Product Owner in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide servant-leadership for teams and support continuous improvement activities to help a team consistently deliver working code
  • Own, develop, and maintain a healthy backlog of features and stories
  • Lead your team through the refinement of user stories, ensuring that the business value remains the focus.
  • Enable the team to succeed through the management of actionable stories and help remove or illuminate any blockers as they arise.
  • Coordinate teamwork efforts to maximize velocity and value delivery
  • Accept stories to ensure they meet the defined acceptance criteria
  • Work with the Engineering for quality assurance and release scheduling
  • Coordinate and complete release activities including release notes, communications, user documentation, and reporting
  • Prepare release demos for Product Managers, Experience Owners, Business Product Owners, and project stakeholders
  • Maintain a bug triage and L3 support process
Qualifications:
  • The ability to interpret agreed upon standards, proper transmission/use/consumption practices, data quality, and the logistics required by governance
  • Experience implementing a strategy and direction for a product
  • Experience with intake and prioritization of business requests
  • Experience helping build a Roadmap with technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience managing feature and story elaboration activities throughout delivery execution
  • Experience managing a product that exchanges data
  • Experience managing vendor relationships
  • Experience developing personas, use cases, roadmaps and process workflows
  • Experience translating product/platform strategy by writing detailed features and user stories consumable for delivery teams
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Business, Compliance, IRM, Infrastructure, Architecture and Software Engineering
  • Experience successfully delivering products built with partnerships between in-house development team and vendors
  • Experience working with Health Information Interoperability (HI2) not required but helpful
  • Scrum Master experience preferred but not required
