First Century Bank, NA is looking for a full time Desktop Support Analyst I to join its Commerce, GA location.  First Century Bank, is a national association dedicated to providing technology enabled financial services to its clients.   We serve niche’ markets providing Fintech services to streamline efficiencies with that small bank service.  First Century Bank offers payment services such as prepaid cards, ACH Services and Sponsorship Services.  Our team has been serving the HOA/Management Company industry for over 20 years, and have developed expertise to streamline our service to these clients.  Our knowledge of our clients’ businesses and our commitment to serving their financial needs is what distinguishes us from other larger financial institutions.

This individual will be responsible for deployment, monitoring, maintenance, security, development, upgrades and support of desktop/laptop computers, handheld devices, printers, drivers, software, email, patches and operating systems.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for the day-to-day user support of bank employees and vendor services supplied by the bank.
  2. First line phone and ticket support for end users.
  3. Manage user accounts and permissions.
  4. Assist with the deployment of new hardware and software.
  5. Asset/Inventory Management
  6. Ensure a secure and virus free network.
  7. Review NOC (Sever/Network) Monitoring Alerts escalating to appropriate staff to help ensure no production downtime and SLA are met.
  8. Manage Desktop/Laptop Base Images and Deployment
  9. Document systems to ensure understanding and as requested by regulators and auditors.
  10. Works with consultants, technical personnel, and vendors as needed for services and products.
  11. Provide outstanding customer service for internal requests for service.
  12. Implement new Project Requests as assigned by IS Manager.
  13. Assist Infrastructure Admin & Engineering Teams on Projects assigned by the IS Manager.
  14. On-Call Duties or After-Hours Project Work may be required.
  15. Performs such other duties as may be assigned or which inherently or logically belong with the position.
  16. Always be innovative with solutions in an ever-growing IT industry assisting the IT Department in growth in Technology.

Technical Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic or in-depth knowledge of the following software and/or technologies: Microsoft Windows Desktop Platform; Microsoft Windows Server Platform; Microsoft AD Domain On-Premise / 365 Cloud; Microsoft Exchange – On-Premise / 365 Cloud; Microsoft Office – Desktop App / 365 Cloud; RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management Solutions) – ConnectWise Automate Formally LabTech; Connectwise Manage; IT Glue Documentation Processes; Multi-Factor (2FA/MFA) Solutions; Anti-Virus & EDR Management; Desktop Hardware; Basic in Script Language: VBS / BAT / PowerShell; VOIP Telephony (Microsoft Teams); Symantec Ghost Imaging Solution; VPN Technology – User Client Management.    


Qualifications:

Qualified candidates should possess an Associate’s degree or equivalent; or two (2) or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Additionally, a Microsoft MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) Certificate or CompTia A+ Certificate is desired.  The individual must be flexible with the ability to adapt to change and competing priorities.
