Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Solution Manager in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities:- Uses input from stakeholders/partners to create & manage the Solution Vision, Roadmap, and guides work through the Solution Kanban onto the Solution Backlog
- Creates & communicates the Solution Vision and Roadmap with partnership and input from key stakeholders and partners
- Manage overall content for the Solution train by owning, defining, & prioritizing the Solution backlog with input from Business Stakeholders, Epic Owners, Product Managers, Architects, etc
- Understands & supports portfolio work by collaborating with Stakeholder Owners to develop the business case for the Program Epics that affect the Solution Train ARTs
- Partners with Business Owners/Stakeholders, Epic Owners, & Product Managers involved with the Solution to ensure Epic context, prioritization alignment & proper decomposition into the program backlog
- Partners heavily with the Solution architect on all Solution backlog scope, especially enabler scope
- Ensures Solution Architect works with Enterprise to define end state architecture
- With partners decomposes Portfolio Epics into Program Epics & works to schedule Program Epics for release
- Ensures Program Epics are written according to company standards, are ready to implement & are pulled into the Solution Backlog
- Participates in Pre- & Post-Program Increment (PI) Planning, Solution Demos, and Inspects & Adapts
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with an advanced degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education & work experience
- Experience and/or background in filling a Product/Solution Manager role in either Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework methodologies preferred (Scrum and/or SAFe certifications are a plus)
- Ability to manage customer requirements and scope discussions; as well as ability to facilitate large groups (in person or over the phone)
- Technical acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical language and vice versa
- Jira agile management application experience
