Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer – First Century Bank, NA First Century Bank, NA is looking for a full time Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join its Commerce, GA location. First Century Bank, is a national association dedicated to providing technology enabled financial services to its clients. We serve niche’ markets providing Fintech services to streamline efficiencies with that small bank service. First Century Bank offers payment services such as prepaid cards, ACH Services and Sponsorship Services. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of network infrastructure and security duties which includes the overall support and maintenance of a broad complex networked environment, databases, cloud, server and application support. Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and provide secure Windows network using VMware Virtualization and Cloud Infrastructure.
Implement new Project Requests as assigned by Management.
Evaluate and troubleshoot network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency.
Maintain Core Server/Network Infrastructure.
Maintain VoIP phone system(s) and equipment and troubleshoot any issues as presented.
Administer and maintain Microsoft SQL servers/databases.
Identifies and troubleshoots network problems, defines, and gather information and data.
Manage user accounts and permissions.
Ensure consistency of network hardware and software performance.
Ensure a secure and virus free network.
Diagnose problems with voice and data circuits and address issues.
Manages computer operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions.
Work with Programming/Operations Implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting scripts and workflows.
Work with IS Manager Developing/Implementing New Infrastructure.
Escalation Point for entire IT Team.
Document systems to ensure understanding and as requested by regulators and auditors.
Provide outstanding customer service for internal requests for service.
On-Call Duties or After-Hours Project Work may be required.
Performs such other duties as may be assigned or which inherently or logically belong with the position.

Qualifications: Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; or five years or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Additionally, a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Microsoft Azure Administrator Certified or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certificate is desired. The individual must be flexible with the ability to adapt to change and competing priorities.
