IT Infrastructure Administrator – First Century Bank, NA
First Century Bank, NA is looking for a full time IT Infrastructure Administrator to join its Commerce, GA location. First Century Bank, is a national association dedicated to providing technology enabled financial services to its clients. We serve niche’ markets providing Fintech services to streamline efficiencies with that small bank service. First Century Bank offers payment services such as prepaid cards, ACH Services and Sponsorship Services. Our team has been serving the HOA/Management Company industry for over 20 years, and have developed expertise to streamline our service to these clients. This individual will be responsible for deployment, monitoring, maintenance, security, development, upgrades and support of servers/cloud/network/laptop/desktop, handheld devices, phone, printers, drivers, software, email, patches, operating systems, and cloud infrastructure.
Responsible for the day to day user support of bank employees and vendor services supplied by the bank.
Tier2 phone and ticket support for end users.
Manage user accounts and permissions.
Assist with the deployment of new hardware and software.
Ensure a secure and virus free network.
Maintain Core Server/Network Infrastructure.
Maintain SQL Server Infrastructure with Engineering Team.
Escalation Point for Desktop Systems & Server/Cloud Team.
Assist Monitoring Admin Team with NOC Monitoring Alerts. (Sever/Network) resolving the issue to ensure no production downtime and SLA are met.
Monitor and manage server operation backup schedules.
Work with Programming/Operations maintaining, troubleshooting scripts and workflows with Engineer Team and IS Manager.
Document systems to ensure understanding and as requested by regulators and auditors.
Works with consultants, technical personnel, and vendors as needed for services and products.
Implement new Project Requests as assigned by IS Manager.
Assist Infrastructure Engineering Team on Support Request(s) or Projects assigned by the IS Manager.
On-Call Duties or After-Hours Project Work may be required.
Provide outstanding customer service for internal requests for service.
Performs such other duties as may be assigned or which inherently or logically belong with the position.

Qualifications: Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; or 3 years or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Additionally, a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Microsoft Azure Administrator Certified or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certificate is desired. The individual must be flexible with the ability to adapt to change and competing priorities.
