Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for an onsite Technical Support Analyst in Bloomfield, CT. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities:
  • Build devices based on ticket assignment
  • Update ticket with tracking info and items being sent
  • Creating shipping labels for build and processing shipments
  • Tracking and reporting on inventory within the Wilde Build Depot
  • Tracking and reporting on inventory of Boxes, tape and FedEx labels
  • Keep Build and imaging Rom organized and clean
Qualifications:
  • The individual selected must have a well-rounded skillset covering the following areas:
    • Technical guidance related to Windows endpoints, endpoint hardware configurations and setups of RAPs, Remote Access Points, and associated core software applications.
    • Understanding of the PC imaging process, PXE booting for image installation, deploying Windows images using MDT and SCCM.
    • Ability to multitask or shift focuses in a high paced environment.
