Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Change Manager in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

  • Evaluate change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess improvement opportunities
  • Ensure assignment group leads know, are held accountable to, and can measure expectations for high quality service delivery
  • Establish, document, and communicate regularly enterprise standards for ITSM delivery across all lines of business
  • Support training and communication to appropriate user base
  • Identify areas of opportunity, using data, to provide lean process improvement opportunities
  • Improve the experience within the ServiceNow suite of tools to solve business challenges
  • Drive proactive improvement opportunities and the identification of change-related incident themes (opportunities identified from a single event that could be applied to other areas of the technology organization)
  • Provide counsel and advice to top management on significant IT Service matters, often requiring coordination between organizations
  • Design, develop, test, debug and implement lean process improvement initiatives
  • Progressive hands-on ITIL experience (Change Management preferred) or related technical project management experience
  • Exposure to technical project management and agile methodologies preferred
  • ITIL Process SME in either Change Management, Incident, or Problem
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as ServiceNow and Tableau
  • ITIL certifications preferred
  • Agile certifications preferred
