Job Summary
This role is the primary person responsible for our internal catalog load process to launch new product on our website.

This role has a general understanding of how all the different systems and processes work together to load new product to the site; interacting with various cross functional parties to gather the necessary information to launch product on time with accurate and complete information helping create the best consumer experience.

In order to effectively sell our product on our web platform we need to ensure that every color and size is loaded to the website in a timely manner with accurate and complete information including product description, copy points, MSRP, product images and alternative images, color chips, size offering, size guides and available inventory.

Representative Responsibilities

  • PROJECT MANAGER of the process to load product to the site including timeline kickoff, gather details, create the master template, track and follow thru consistently, communicate and hold individuals accountable to hit key deadlines
  • GATHER INFORMATION from numerous sources to kick off seasonal product load to the site, create and maintain master template
  • AUDIT THE WEBSITE on both mobile and desktop for accuracy with a consumer first lens
  • TRACK AND ORGANIZE SAMPLES for photoshoots

Required Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising or Related Field

Required Skills & Experience
  • Apparel, retail or consumer products experience
  • 1 or more years of eCommerce experience preferred
