The Chosen Candidate Will Be Expected To


 

  • Lead the coordinated delivery of multiple global digital marketing campaigns, helping to drive external positioning in the marketplace and engagement with the brand

  • Serve as primary liaison with key external stakeholders, including the cohort of agencies (digital, media, creative) supporting development, placement and measurement efforts; work to ensure high quality and on-time delivery of all assets

  • Serve as primary liaison with key internal stakeholders, including the business and brand/marketing leaders in local geographies that will be providing content for the campaigns; work to ensure commitments and clarity on all deliverables

  • Function as primary program coordinator, coordinating all necessary meetings, and leading the development and dissemination of relevant communications, project updates, and status reports

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on digital best practice and content and channel strategies, and steer stakeholders and production teams accordingly 

  • Oversee the development and continual population of an integrated global campaign calendar

  • Lead the periodic development and presentation of executive summaries that outline key engagement, highlights impact and informs renewal discussions of investments

  • Proactively explore campaign enhancements, considering more innovative (channel, creative, structural) approaches to elevate engagement levels

  • Continually pursue internal promotional opportunities to raise awareness and adoption of the campaigns, extending applications into new channels and audiences

    Relationship Building And Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop strong working relationships across a wide range of internal (global and member firm teams and senior leaders) and external (agency) stakeholders

  • Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders

  • Demonstrated effectiveness managing relationships in a heavily virtual environment


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience developing strategic marketing plans required; experience in cause marketing, brand eminence, and sponsorship marketing preferred

  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results

  • 5 years of digital marketing/social media experience within corporate communications or agency environments

  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and influence a myriad of cross-functional teams

  • Strong persuasive written and verbal communication skills – able to expertly position and tell compelling stories (in written, video, and visual formats) around our impact in society and influence to both internal and external audiences

  • Technically proficient

  • Experience in B2B marketing, professional services industry is a plus
