Project Manager, PMP (Planview, Keyedin, Clarity) - B2B Exp.

• Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close complex projects using established project management methodologies.
• Manage multiple projects of moderate size concurrently.
• Facilitate defining vision, scope, prioritizations, and deliverables and gather business requirements, map business processes by working collaboratively with stakeholders and project teams.
• Gain alignment and work with project team to create and manage project plans and maintain project schedules
• Provide regular verbal and written project updates identifying risks, opportunities and timelines to stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings of all sizes for requirements definition and documentation, project planning, solution design, and status tracking.
• Assist in refining project management methodologies, procedures and policies.
   

Requirements & Experience:

• Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• 4 or more years of formal project management and client relationship experience preferred.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Visio, Word.
• Experience working in a PPM Tool/Software (Planview, KeyedIn, Clarity)
• Experience managing medium to large projects with complex dependencies and risks.
• Experience developing and maintaining detailed plans and schedules, including goals, risks, and resource allocations.
