The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing of the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform. This administrator assists in creating standard Salesforce reports and dashboards in Einstein Analytics. The Salesforce Administrator owns the integrity of the data within Salesforce, handling the User Provisioning and Deprovisioning. They also assist in implementing general Salesforce update requests, and other miscellaneous tasks as requested. This role is part administrator, part technical project manager, and part Salesforce analyst. The Salesforce Administrator works closely with the Chief Information Officer.

No formal supervisory responsibilities.



•       Oversees Salesforce integration, implementation, and testing

•       Identifies opportunities to automate and optimize the Salesforce technology stack

•       Manages Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and workflows

•       Supports data import process and migration

•       Maintains and improve integrity of system data

•       Maintains Salesforce updates

•       Creates customizations of Salesforce to meet business needs

•       Provides on-going systems and technical support for the Salesforce systems

•       Executes on the implementation and configuration of Salesforce to support all business operations

•       Works with end-users on usability and help desk issues

•       Troubleshoots and develops resolutions for streamlining automation flows

•       Continue to learn about new functionality released by Salesforce



•       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field required

•       Salesforce Admin, and Einstein Analytics certification preferred

•       Experience with integration platforms preferred

•       Ability to troubleshoot software effectively

•       Ability to clearly explain and document complicated tasks

•       Excellent computer and communication skills

•       Can exercise strong problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking

•       Excellent interpersonal skills

•       Ability to self-direct and work efficiently
