Career Evolutions is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager for an expanding international technology company in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent career opportunity with a compensation up to $75,000.

Typical Duties Will Include:
Post entries tied to treasury, accounts receivable and general accounting for company locations
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Group Accounting; and other key business functions to validate accounts payable accuracy
Review, follow through, and document provisions of account payable
Ensure the monthly closing of the Accounts Payable module and the billing of related accounts with customers and clients
Operate the general bookkeeping for the group as well as initializing the parameters in the enterprise resource planning system
Perform accounting ad-hoc projects work on as needed basis
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
3+ years of AP, supply chain and general accounting experience in an international environment
Excellent Microsoft Office skills with a particular proficiency with MS Excel
Experience with enterprise resource planning software like Oracle ERP and Microsoft Dynamics AX desired
Experience working with multi-currency in an international environment
Experience working in a Supply Chain environment
Result driven, able to identify opportunities, follow-through and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong desire to collaborate and take the initiative needed to succeed
Ability to operate and communicate with foreign departments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
