NuGrowth Solutions is hiring a full- time Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a tremendous opportunity for professionals beginning a sales career and recent college graduates.

As an Inside Sales Executive, you’ll focus on identifying new business opportunities for NuGrowth clients. Starting Day 1, you’ll receive hands-on professional sales training and learn the core skills needed for long-term success. Through our training program, Inside Sales Executives learn about customer relationship building, NuGrowth SaaS outreach best practices, sales strategy,  and more. You’ll use the skills developed in this training to make connections, grow partnerships, and scale the business – both big & small. Best of all, we believe in helping people grow professionally within the sales organization. We have dedicated leadership, sales coaches, and programs to take you to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Start, grow, and support all aspects of the business sales cycle via phone and email outreach
  • Target and contact new and previous customers as well as other tactic groups  
  • Manage and track prospect and client information using Salesforce CRM
  • Meet with Sales Coaches and Account Managers daily to gather and relay market feedback and receive on-going training and coaching


Ideal Candidate Will Possess These Skills

  • Experience in cold calling, lead generation, opportunity management
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 1-3 years sales experience
  • High motivation to succeed and advance in a sales career
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel), or another CRM
