Assistant Manager – Hispanic Engagement
Summary: Work within the Emerging Markets department and collaboratively with the
community engagement and member experience departments to support the needs of the Hispanic market within GSSJC. This position requires travel to field locations and must have access to reliable transportation
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization; Bilingual (English/Spanish) required with proficiency in written/verbal communications and presentation skills.
Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Outlook,
PowerPoint, and Word), team room/knowledge sharing tools, etc.
License/Certification: Valid Texas driver's license and proof of insurance.
