Regional Account Manager
 
We are seeking a tenacious individual to manage and develop a specified territory, implement business processes, prospect and manage accounts. We will rely on you to collaborate with the marketing, services, and clinical operations teams to ensure overall sales strategy success. In this role, you will be the face of the company to the customer and responsible for the account management, customer service and the sales process from inception to delivery.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Build strategic customer relationships at the C-Suite and Key Department levels within the customer segment
  • Establish/identify account priorities to develop business strategies along with a strategic plan
  • Develop operating calendar, detailed account plan/forecast and account planning/mapping process for review with the Manager
  • Maximize, drive and achieve revenue/OP goals while staying within the allocated budget
  • Help increase or maximize market share by prospecting and identifying new opportunities
  • Ultimately accountable for issue resolution and customer satisfaction at account(s) within assigned territory
  • Bring the breadth of Care Innovations products, solutions, and expertise to account(s)
  • Demonstrate a broad comprehension of the customer’s needs, market trends, industry challenges, major players (Payers and provider), relevant products and technologies
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications (Marketing or Public Relations), Engineering or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of progressive direct sales experience; start-up experience desirable
  • Experience in a business-to-business selling of medical equipment; preference for complex and strategic sales experience. Technology and/or professional services
  • Experience managing and selling in a regulated medical products environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, writing and presentation skills, in small and large group settings, both in person and by webex and over conference calls
  • Strong project and account management skills
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with highly talented sales professionals
  • Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
  • Proven track record of success working with large healthcare providers and payers. Payer experienced highly desirable
 
This is exciting opportunity requires the capability to work from a home-based office in the US (San Francisco, Sacramento, Denver, Salt Lake City, Seattle, Dallas or Houston) and travel up to 60% of the time.
