To facilitate our growth objectives, we are searching for a Customer Service Manager. As one of our Customer Service Managers, you will be an integral member of our team, servicing our customers and clients in Grand Rapids and the Lakeshore. This role will be responsible for maintaining quality assurance by managing service requests made by homeowners after the completion of their home building process.

What you will be doing...

  • Participate in walkthroughs both with the client as well as the contractors for quality control purposes.
  • Conduct appointments to review documents and train homeowners to use and operate their homes' mechanical and electronic equipment.
  • Conduct specific warranty appointments to review homeowners list of items needing repair.  Document issue and assign the correct vendor for the repair. 
  • Manage contractors to ensure quality of work, timeliness and cleanliness at each work site.
  • Complete all warranty service requests within 10 - 15 days.
  • Manage homeowner calls and emails for warranty service to ensure excellent and timely customer service.
  • Be on call for emergency service on specific weeks based on schedule (3-4 times a year).
  • Using creativity and a positive approach, find unique solutions for customers so that they’ll tell their friends about the wonderful experience they had at Eastbrook Homes!

What you need…

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • 3 years of related experience or training.
  • Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
  • Project management skills; we need someone who can multitask and work with a number of different teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety protocols, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Uncompromising customer service skills.
  • Problem solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional attitude, enthusiasm and desire to make a difference.
