Who we’re looking for…

This might be the right gig for you if:

  • You have at least three (3) years of experience in a HR Generalist/Manager role. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent is required. SHRM or HRCI certification strongly preferred.
  • You bring a bright smile, high-energy work ethic and excellent written and verbal communication skills with you each day.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively and proactively with others as well as having autonomy to make decisions effecting our work each day.
  • You’re detailed, organized, and accurate. We have a lot going on and there’s a lot to keep track of.
  • You appreciate the right balance of high-tech, yet high touch!
  • You’ve got great project and task management skills to accomplish a wide variety of HR tasks and projects each day.
  • You love proactively seeking out solutions to problems.
  • You crave to learn and grow alongside an experienced team of HR professionals focused on helping our clients create great places to work.
  • You’re passionate about being the face of HR and working directly with our clients and their employees to assist them in finding the answers to all their questions.

What you’d be working on…

  • Acting as the HR Manager for several small to mid-size companies and providing them with the day-to-day HR needs. Some examples of these include:
    • Helping companies create, train, and enforce their employment policies.
    • Developing and conducting new employee onboarding.
    • Helping recommend employee benefit plans and walking employees through the variety of options available to them.
    • Coaching management during tough employee relations situations
    • Managing performance and compensation review process.
    • Implementing technology solutions to improve the efficiency and employee experience.
    • Managing leave and separation processes.
    • Mitigating unemployment or other employment related claims.
    • Communicating employee life cycle changes to payroll.
    • Handling compliance details that clients don’t want to deal with. Posters, notices, disclosures, the works!
  • Coordinating with internal resources to complete larger projects from compensation analysis, job description creation, safety programs, etc.
