King Fresh Produce, LLC, a full-service international agricultural company rooted in the Central Valley, is seeking an experienced, strategic-minded Human Resources Manager to join its dynamic team in Dinuba, California. Responsible for improving accountability and communication, this newly established key position will lead all human resources functions to support our growing, vertically integrated company.

Core duties include, but are not limited to: compliance, employee relations and engagement, recruiting, training and development, establishing incentive programs, coaching managers and supervisors, tracking department goals, safety and risk management, workers’ compensation, leaves of absence, and benefits administration.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications OR any combination of knowledge, skills and experience demonstrating the ability to successfully perform the job:

• Five-plus years of progressive HR management experience, including supervising staff;
• Track record of success in a high-performance work environment;
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal employment laws and incorporating into policies, procedures and practices;
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field of study;
• PHR/SPHR or related certification preferred;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and timekeeping/payroll software;
• Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) experience a plus;
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly favorable; and,
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
