Inside Sales Representative
In this mission-critical role, we will rely on you to assist small business owners with working capital needs across North America.  The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, ability to have fun while they work, possess exceptional sales skills, and be experienced in managing a high volume of warm leads per month

  • Work warm leads (approximately 10-40/day) to close new business
  • Follow up on leads and maintain active, daily pipeline
  • Provide ideas to improve techniques and challenge management with new approaches to business processes
Required skills and experience:
Our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, go-getter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.  Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) in addition to organizational skills are a must.
  • 2+ years professional sales experience
  • 2+ years’ experience selling a regulated financial product via phone preferred (no licenses are required for this position)
  • Ability to use email as an effective and efficient sales tool
  • Ability to leverage and improve systems to manage a high volume of leads
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in sales a plus
  • Consumer credit sales experience is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM highly desired
