We are currently seeking a Imaging Services Clerk that will be responsible for receive, track, sort and prepare all incoming mail to be distributed to various departments. Operate and maintain office equipment, including envelopener, scanner and copier. Prepare batches to be scanned in-house or sent to Scan One while maintaining strict turnaround times. Data enter member, group and/or provider information into the system for processing. Prepare daily inventory and assist with any additional training on rotation tasks when necessary.

1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. At least 12 months experience in a production environment. 3. Ability to embrace process improvements and work well in a team oriented environment. 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. 5. Typing ability of 35 wpm net. 6. 10-key proficiency of 105 kspm net on a computer numeric keypad. 7. Proficient with prioritizing tasks and completing them with high accuracy and speed. 8. Ability to work well under pressure with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities. 9. Demonstrates effective reading, writing and oral communication skills. 10. Ability to arrive and be prepared to start work on a daily and consistent basis. 11. Skilled in handling multiple tasks with competing priorities. 12. Maintains confidentiality and project a professional business image. 13. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
